Warren and Marquita Wepman have practiced the macrobiotic lifestyle for over 30 years and are graduates of the Kushi Institute leadership training program. They are certified cooking teachers and members of the Kushi Institute Macrobiotic Educators’ Association (MEA).
They lecture, counsel and teach classes at macrobiotic conferences, in health food stores, colleges and senior centers throughout the United States and anywhere that they are invited.
They live in Asheville, North Carolina and Deerfield Beach, Florida. Warren and Marquita are regular contributors to Christina‘s Living Healthy Journal and other macrobiotic periodicals.
They served as advisors to the kitchen of the Ritz-Carleton Hotel on the occasion of the gala given in honor of Michio and Aveline Kushi by the Smithsonian Institution in Washington DC.
Warren has written a cookbook A Man in the Kitchen designed to provide recipes for men to prepare or for women to cook for their men. Copies are available from the author.
